2.1. The title of the competition is ‘Casual Dining survey prize draw.’
3. DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES
3.1. Entries must be received before 17:00 BST on 11/10/24. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1. Please complete the Explori Survey for Casual Dining
4.2. Entrants must be over 18
4.3. There is a limit of one entry per person/company. Multiple entries submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw.
4.5. Employees or contractors of Diversified Communications UK, any person directly or indirectly or their direct family members are not eligible for the prize.
4.6. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1. The prize available;
(a) £50 Amazon Voucher for 10 winners.
5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
6.1.Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received,
6.2. The Competition Winner will be notified by e-mail on or before 31/10/24
6.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

8. GENERAL
8.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Diversified Communications UK may, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
8.2. Diversified Communications UK reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
