Martin McTigue

Martin McTigue is an Operations Director at Starbucks UK with more than two decades of leadership experience across the hospitality and retail sectors. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for leading high-performing, geographically diverse teams, delivering operational excellence, and driving sustainable commercial growth. Prior to joining Starbucks, Martin spent seven years with Stonegate Group, where he held a number of senior operational leadership roles and was instrumental in developing people, improving business performance, and leading large-scale operational change.
