Stay focused on your customers. Make sure you understand what they need from you and innovate.
What do you see as key trends in the coming year?
Vegan is still strong and healthy eating and drinking. Food and drinks brands must give a better overall experience for customers to keep coming back.
What’s your bestselling dish / drink at the moment?
Pizza! My favourite is American hot.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Great people and a delicious product.
