Pheasant, Mushroom & Truffle Tortelloni

Our hand-folded Pheasant, Mushroom & Truffle Tortelloni are made using a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. The filling is made with roasted Pheasant meat combined with wild mushrooms and a hint of black Truffle. Great to be served with a mushroom sauce!

This product has been developed in collaboration with the British Game Alliance, the non-profit organization that works to promote the value of all feathered game to the public.
