Diisco is a hospitality staffing platform built to make hiring faster, easier and more affordable for venues, while giving hospitality professionals the flexibility to work when and where they choose.
The idea for Diisco was born from one of the UK’s largest hospitality WhatsApp communities, where venue managers and hospitality professionals relied on group messages to fill last-minute shifts. While the community was successful, it became clear there had to be a better way than scrolling through endless messages. That’s when our founders transformed the community into a dedicated platform built specifically for hospitality.
Diisco has been designed by people who understand the challenges of finding reliable staff and running successful venues.

Workers can browse flexible shifts, apply in seconds and build their reputation through verified ratings.
Following a successful launch in Leeds, Diisco is now expanding nationwide with a simple mission: to make finding work and hiring staff as easy as ordering a taxi or booking a hotel.
