The UK’s hospitality industry will gather this week for two days of unmissable business and inspirational talks at three co-located shows. Casual Dining – the definitive trade event for the restaurant, pub and bar sector; Commercial Kitchen – the event for executive chefs and decision makers from all types of professional kitchens, and lunch! – the definitive event for the café, coffee shop & food-to-go sector will open their doors at ExCeL London on 14-15 September.
Chris Brazier, Group Event Director comments “It is with great sadness that we received the news of Her Majesty the Queen passing away peacefully last week. We have so much gratitude and respect for the unfaltering service and commitment the Queen has given to our country during her long reign. We have been advised that business will continue to operate during the period of mourning so the three shows will be open as planned this week. We will observe a 1-minute silence on both Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 September as we open the shows. We look forward to seeing the industry back together at their dedicated events on 14 & 15 September at ExCeL London.
The sister shows will showcase the very best innovation from across their relevant sectors – including hundreds of leading brands within the foodservice and hospitality sector (100 in Commercial Kitchen, 200 in Casual Dining and 300 at lunch!). As well as a bustling show floor, visitors can enjoy unrivalled networking opportunities, a packed seminar programme, and three exciting Innovation Challenges.
Three world-class Keynote programmes
The co-located shows will also provide a world-class seminar programme full of expert advice from the best in the business. Topics range from staffing to sustainability, covid-recovery to marketing and much more. The interviews, keynotes and panel sessions are a huge draw for visitors (and the press) as they provide key research, insights and inspiration for the hospitality and retail industry (with much of the content exclusive to the show).
The expert speakers confirmed across the shows include:
