Rosslyn is a collection of 10 award-winning, independent speciality coffee bars serving London’s Square Mile. All ten sites are now comfortably amongst the busiest in the world and Rosslyn will be adding more to their portfolio soon. James began his career in the music industry with Live Nation before swapping his late nights for early mornings. Having honed his coffee skills in Melbourne, James relocated to London to work with Caravan Coffee Roasters. In 2018, alongside his business partner Mat Russell, James launched Rosslyn in the City of London.
Jack is founder and CEO of 92 Degrees Coffee – a Liverpool born roastery coffee shop business with stores now across Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Glasgow.
