He leads the day-to-day and strategic operations, making sure every cup, every team, and every store delivers the 92 Degrees experience. Known for his practical, people-first approach, William drives continuous improvement across service, team development, and operational systems. Under his guidance, operations have become a key engine of growth, quality, and culture across the group.

Martin McTigue

Martin McTigue is an Operations Director at Starbucks UK with more than two decades of leadership experience across the hospitality and retail sectors. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for leading high-performing, geographically diverse teams, delivering operational excellence, and driving sustainable commercial growth. Prior to joining Starbucks, Martin spent seven years with Stonegate Group, where he held a number of senior operational leadership roles and was instrumental in developing people, improving business performance, and leading large-scale operational change.

A passionate advocate for people-first leadership, Martin believes that great culture is the foundation of lasting business success. He is known for his energetic, authentic leadership style and his commitment to developing future talent while creating environments where both colleagues and customers thrive. Outside of his professional role, Martin has supported a number of charitable initiatives, including international fundraising projects in Kenya and Taiwan, reflecting his belief that leadership extends beyond the workplace and into the communities we serve.

Luke Shaughnessy

Luke Shaughnessy is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the coffee and hospitality industry. In his current role as Regional Director for Costa Coffee, he oversees all business operations across London, the south, and the east of the UK.

Prior to joining Costa Coffee, Luke served as the Global Operations and Franchise Director at Four Winters, a Middle East-based cafe concept. Under his leadership, he successfully delivered new market entry into the key UK and US markets.

Before that, Luke spent 6 years in senior operations roles with specialty coffee chain Harris + Hoole.

Amanda Whiteside

Growing up with parents in hospitality and recipe development gave Amanda an ingrained understanding of the bar and restaurant industry. In 2009, she joined the senior management team at Court Pie Catering Ltd to review and improve operations at the then 120-year-old Gordon’s Wine Bar. Drawing on her academic and corporate experience, she brought a fresh perspective. Working with Simon Gordon, she helped shape a strategy for resilience and growth by adopting hospitality technologies, nurturing the core team’s talents, investing in staff development and building relationships to support operations in an increasingly challenging environment.
