Tell us a bit about your company
Established in 2010, Geo Green Power is one of the UK’s leading independent renewable energy installers, helping businesses, including hospitality operators, cut energy costs and carbon emissions. Our expert team designs, installs and maintains solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and air and ground source heat pump systems, supporting hotels, restaurants and leisure venues as they manage rising energy demands and strengthen sustainability credentials.
Founder Andrew Cunningham launched Geo Green Power after a successful career in software development, driven by a commitment to tackling climate change and helping organisations benefit from on-site renewable generation. Over the past 15 years, he has invested in low- and zero-emission technologies and continues to champion clean energy innovation. In 2019, he co-founded GeoPura with Siemens Energy, advancing green hydrogen to deliver scalable, zero-emission power solutions with growing relevance for energy-intensive hospitality operations.
As an early pioneer in the UK solar industry, Geo Green Power has evolved with the market, expanding its services to meet commercial clients’ changing needs while supporting university research initiatives that help shape the future of sustainable energy. Our work across food and hospitality includes commercial solar installations throughout the UK for clients such as Mitchells & Butlers, Moto Hospitality, Fuller’s and Aida Foods.

We have recently launched PowerShare, a simple referral programme designed to encourage the adoption of green energy across the UK’s domestic and commercial sectors.
PowerShare has three clear offers. PowerShare Business rewards organisations that refer commercial solar projects with 1% of the total project value as a rebate or credit. With installations typically ranging from ÂŁ50,000 to more than ÂŁ1 million, rewards can be substantial; a ÂŁ1 million project would generate a ÂŁ10,000 referral reward, with no cap on the number or value of referrals.
PowerShare Home rewards homeowners with ÂŁ350 for every successful residential referral for solar, battery storage or heat pump installations.
PowerShare Team gives employees of Geo Green Power customers an exclusive ÂŁ500 discount on residential installations, including solar PV, heat pumps and battery storage.
Supporting the Hospitality Industry
Solar energy offers hospitality businesses a proven way to reduce operating costs and improve long-term energy security. High energy use from food preparation, refrigeration, heating and lighting can be offset by solar, reducing reliance on grid electricity.
Through PowerShare, businesses and employees can benefit by sharing the opportunity across supply chains, customer networks and personal contacts, helping more people access cleaner, more affordable energy.
Why is exhibiting at The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show an unmissable opportunity for you?
The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show is widely regarded as the UK’s leading hospitality event with an operator led focus. It brings together all aspects of the hospitality industry under one roof, attracting a mix of innovative businesses that support and operate in this ever changing, ever adapting and ever evolving industry.
At Geo Green Power, we hold a strong affinity with this energy hungry industry, and the ongoing challenges it faces whilst delivering for consumer trends and operating with ever tighter margins. We are particularly passionate about supporting a sector that has not always received consistent focus from recent governments, providing the energy price security it needs.
Over the years, we have supported the entire food and drink supply chain – from “field to fork” – working with farmers, processors, distributors, restaurant groups, and a wide range of businesses in between. Our installations are designed to deliver optimal returns for our customers, recognising that their success depends on them adopting innovative and creative solutions.
Having recently joined UKHospitality we will be sponsoring their Sustainability Conference in October, alongside supporting the Food Manufacturer’s Sustainability Report, due for publication in September.
Our primary objective at the show is to strengthen our engagement with the sector and highlight the significant opportunities that solar and renewable energy solutions can offer to hospitality businesses.
